the World Cup is well underway, some great goals so far.  The Correct Score games i joined have been disasterous, i was losing in the one with my mates almost straight away, and with the one in work, I strolled back in on Tuesday with my head held high, think i was in 3rd place.  Since then I've only scored about 6 points out of a possible 40 and slid down to near the bottom.  My fancy new telly is here!  But because ive been working i've not even had the chance to watch a full match on it yet.

 Another countdown is underway – ITALY IN 3 DAYS!  Ran about like a cunt before work (well, actually cos i only got out of bed 45 minutes before i was meant to start, but still a lot of work after that!), got money out my savings account and sapped it for Euros.  Found out theres plenty of buses to the resort and that you can also take a kind of boat-taxi into Venice so me and Debs can make use of that. Sorted…

Senor Higgins is in Berlin! Well technically i think he got back a few hours ago but he was there when Brazil were playing, i know that.  Dunno if he got to attend any games but still a cool experience.  I have missed the boat on that one, but i am trying to get a crowd together for Euro 2008 in Austria which will also be sunny and fun, and I will be in charge cos i speak German! To be continued…

 Evergreen George, who has been everywhere in Europe, is off to Berlin this week too. I expect lots of stories abouit foreign weirdos on his return!
Oh, and Lynn and Limmy ('virtual' acquaintences, if there is such a thing) are in California, check their blog, its actually got pictures!
